I'm staying it's very clear when he's the one making the big decision (i.e. Felix Jones, Dez Bryant, CeeDee Lamb, Mike Jenkins, etc.) and when he's relying on his FO personnel (Travis Federico, Zach Martin, Tyler Smith, etc.).
