USC is never dead, they just have a head coach who sucks butt. The school is in the same coma that Bama was in before Saban got there. If you have a remotely competent HC, they'll get top 10 classes. Urban could turn it around in a minute. I have just never seen a programs recruiting take this large of a downtown this quickly. It’s truly remarkable.
