Then the team gets that 2nd rd tender on him. Basically a team can trade for Gordon and get him cheap for 2 years or believe they can make him good enough that a team will want Him badly and he turns into a 2nd rd pick. I’m guessing they try to cheer up Browns nation by ending the day on a high note by sending Zane out the door. The shortened week is his only hope.
