I'm not a Boston fan, but giving up one of Bostons own picks would probably be the most palatable, if any.

Pastor Dillon
Cavs would be dumb not to void the trade and renegotiate. Celtics showed thier hand. At least get a few 2nds

Troy Brown
"Hey, do you want our injured point guard, a top 5 pick, a premier 3/d guy and a top euro stash?" "YES" "HEY THIS GUY IS HURT" At least all the moron Cavs fans that called IT soft for leaving the series got a lil egg on their face
MookieMonstah
No way the Celtics add more. Cavs knew IT had a bad hip. Celtics and Cavs will find an independent doctor most likely. To be honest, this is a low move from the Cavs. They clearly knew IT was damaged and now they're publicizing it to try and get another asset. Maybe the hip ended up being worse than they originally thought. Either way, IT wasn't the key asset in this trade. Think the trade ends up going through. It could also simply mean Cleveland's training staff thinks his injury is a lot worse than Boston's training staff thought. Not exactly a low move if that's the case.
