Compare this to the rest of the players doing the 40. Now. It’s not as a big deal as you’re making. You’re being bamboozled. And quite easily. Think harder. And stop being easily tricked.

You asked for proof, and then proof was provided.  Now you want more?  NO.  Get it your self or STFU.  Think harder before you try to gaslight people.  And stop being easily tricked into thinking you're not a moron.

Also I have my proof he ran a 4.5: The Combine. Aka The Gold Standard. Pro Days and Independent GM times are not accurate and never have been.

Proof was not “provided” from him. Show the 40 from every combine participant and it’s a similar situation, it isn’t unique to Arnette. Combine is king.

He's not that bad and still really young, plus the Jets did everything humanly possible to ruin his career.

He's walking into a great supporting cast. Also no Gase is enormous in itself.

Just hope the Jets don't ruin Wilson.

I think Darnold is going to do very well in Carolina.

Same. Rhule is a heck of a coach. He will get protection and has some skills to work with now. Plus they can add a piece at 8 overall.

The parallel's between Darnold/Tannehill's situations is uncanny. Both were highly drafted and treated as after thoughts because they struggled under Gase with limited talent around them. Tannehill has emerged as a premier QB playing for a bright young OC in Arthur Smith, a dominant running back in Henry, and weapons in the passing game. Darnold is going to a Panthers team with a bright young OC in Joe Brady, an electrifying running back in McCaffery, and weapons in the passing game.
