They can both shoot? Solid try, I guess.

They can shoot but their not great. They're all capable at most. Tatum is shooting the 3 ball at 37 percent which is nice. Brown is shooting at 34 which is whatever and 68 from the FT line. If they're shooters, Kuzma is certainly capable. You act like he's MKG.

Tatum shot 44% last year. I don’t think that’s sustainable but he probably sits around 38-40 most years. Brown is a good 3 point shooter. Theyre both far better players than Kyle Kuzma.

And your plan, which you have admitted you don't have a solution to, doesn't solve the 'problem'.

Sure it does, if you can extend Kuzma, it gives you a bigger salary to use when matching contracts in a trade for actually quality depth/starters. Simple plan really.

And? Kuzma shot 37 percent last year while attempting double the amount Tatum has taken. To say kuzma can't shoot is ridiculous. It's not like teams are daring him to shoot.

Precisely. Extend and trade Kuzma.

They can't extend him for another year. The extension also wouldn't kick in for another season, so Kuzma won't see a raise for 2 more years at the earliest.

An aging LeBron going to LA for the twilight of his career isn't one of the two biggest, IMO.

You act like LeBron showed any sign of slowing down last year. He was definitely the biggest FA arguably in history outside of his younger self.

Marc Stein says Houston has a trade partner for Capela if Butler picks them. So Capela to mystery team (probably Kings), Gordon and 2 1sts to Philadelphia, and Butler to Houston...if Butler even wants to go haha.
