I have seen many times while hosting or being scum myself this. Basically, scum not openly defending their scum buddy, but asking what the reasoning why a civ is voting them. Hoping that the civ could admit outright that they don't really have a case against their scumbuddy. I am willing to explore this avenue to the end. If ksj flips scum, there might be some good associations between Whicker/bcb. Also, it could explain the sanchez late wagon yesterday. Scum could have been trying to save ksj. Whicker was on this train as well.
