Bud hasn't been great but Jon Horst can take plenty of heat too. We put way to many chips in the Korver, Mathews, Ersan, Lopez bucket. They were never going to provide high leverage/valued minutes in the playoffs.  

DDV has regressed and is almost worthless. Hill's head isn't right and Pat is boom or bust (mostly bust). 

Not sure where production is supposed to come from with that rag tag group. Marvin Williams getting 22 minutes is truly mind blowing but I don't know what the answer is.

I wonder if their hearts aren't in it.  I hate to go there but they weren't struggling like this before the break because of the virus and now BLM.  They didn't become ancient in just a few months.

Giannis is 0-6 (excluding 8th seed games) since teams started playing the "wall" defense against him in the post season. He deserves just as much blame as Bud. In the most individual driven sport there is, our superstar is more easily shut down because he has no jumper.

Our superstar is shut down by occupying three defenders, if you, as a head coach, can’t manufacture an offensive scheme around one player drawing the focus of three players inside, you’re not doing your job.

Teams can build a wall because Giannis doesn’t have a jumper, sure. Mostly though, teams can build a wall because our offensive system consists of handing Giannis the ball at the top while four players stand still around the perimeter.

Like, at a certain point, the complaint can’t just be that Giannis isn’t the perfect player. Which is the bar that’s apparently being set since we’re talking about the lack of a jump shot for the most dominant inside scorer In the league and the reigning DPOY. His limitations aren’t new. They aren’t some major surprise. Bud had a full offseason and then four months in the middle of the season to come up with something, anything, to deal with the wall. And he did nothing. We’re running the exact same vanilla, non-existent offense we ran against the Raptors.

Hypothetical

If Giannis is not interested in signing the supermax this off season, do you look to move him before the 2020 draft?  Is it better to get more for him now vs waiting until the in season of 2021 after MIL has a bunch of wins and likely is a playoff team vs dealing and getting as many assets as possible and going semi tank for the 2021 season to load up on some younger players
