What did you think of Kizer? Thought he was a bit awkward. Might have won without those bad sacks.

Yes, he held on to the ball too long at times, but, we lost because of our ST giving away a free TD on a punt and because of Brown just doing his thing.

1st game.....against the Steelers, who'll hit you in the mouth (figuratively and literally.....a handful of "targeting" penalties today).  You had a long time Brown consistently covering our best wideout, and he wanted to be perfect, and played pretty well against his old team.

We're convinced that our special teams coach (Chris Tabor) must have some compromising photos of Jimmy Haslem, as he's surived countless coaching changes, and yet sets things up to allow our first punt of the year to be blocked and covered for a TD.  He is to the Browns what a cockroach is to the aftermath of a nuclear war.

He held onto the ball a couple times, when he should have thrown it into the stands.  Over in the Browns forum, we're kind of chalking this one up as a moral victory, as we played fairly well, and the game didn't seem to be too big for them.  It is the youngest team in the league.  They grew up a bit today.

Sure, it sucks that we lost, but I truly believe that the arrow is pointing in the right direction for the Browns.
