The 9-1 Patriots will play host to the 6-4 Dallas Cowboys in what many are calling the Superbowl preview. Two absolute power house teams with great coaches. One is a timeless coaching mastermind and innovative guru of modern football, and the Patriots have Bill Belichick. We get to see the undisputed GOAT QB face off against a guy named Thom(sp?) Brady, whom I'm told is a huge Dak Prescott fan. The Cowboys have the best offensive line in the league. They have undeniably the most talented RB in the league, along with Zeke Elliott who will get some touches when Pollard needs a breather. He has been solid in that role. The Cowboys actually match up really well against the Patriots. See, Dallas can't stop the run and struggles to make tackles, but New England doesn't really run the ball. In fact, they average 3.3 yards per rush, which is 2nd to last behind the Dolphins. Their longest run this year is 26 yards. Sure Brady and Edleman are tough but our pass defense is pretty good. They have a pretty good defense as well, but we are the #1 offense in the NFL. We will put up some points. I expect a win.

Dal - 23

NE - 21

Tidbits:

- The Dallas Cowboys haven't beat the Patriots since 1996. Dak was 3 years old. I was 9.

- Bill Belichick once lobbied the Cowboys for a job in the '90s. Jerry Jones shared a story from the mid-1990s involving the then-fired Browns coach lobbying for a job. Apparently, Belichick told Jerry, "I can coach. If you ever get an opportunity, don't forget about me." It's something Jones still thinks about, according to The Athletic's Jon Machota. "I've thought about that many times. You never know where you can find a great coach. You can find them in a ski checkout line sometimes." Belichick, of course, did not get hired by the Cowboys

Michael Bennett’s revenge game. He has 2.5 sacks with New England this year, and 3 sacks in 3 games with Dallas.

The Patriots are favored in Sunday’s matchup, with sportsbooks putting them as 6.5-point favorites at home.

- According to TickPick, the average price for a ticket to Sunday’s game is $719.93, the highest mark of the 2019 NFL season. Meanwhile, the “get-in” price for Sunday is $384 -- easily eclipsing the $183.35 average for all Week 12 NFL tickets.

- Under Bill Belichick the Pats are 129-27 at home, and haven’t lost in Gillette Stadium since October 1, 2017.

- The Lions served as a great primer for the Patriots. Led by Matt Patricia, another former Patriots defensive coordinator, Detroit operates the same kind of exotic, multiple defensive scheme that aims at taking away an offense’s best players.

I don't think New England's defenders are ready for the power, the weight, the HEFT and GIRTH that is coming for them. Its time for NE to suck them some Dak.

(god I hope this game is at least close)

The Cowboys are 1-0 in games Jeff Heath doesn't start.

Talk **** about Heath but he won't give up that Marvin Jones play

Jeff heath goes to the bowling alley with a baseball bat and still gives up strikes.

Jeff Heath gave up competent safety play for lent 4 years ago.

Jeff heath did a book report on "The Giver" in sixth grade and was so inspired he dedicated his life to giving crap up so other people could feel nice at his expense.

The only two things Jeff Heath wont give up are blowing coverages and for some god unknown reason starting for the Cowboys.

Imagine watching the game last week and still having this take.

Imagine being so scarred by terrible safety play that you somehow think that Jeff Heath, purveyor of free big plays, would have stopped Marvin Jones when another terrible safety couldn't. Oh wait. We dont have to imagine. We can just look at you.
