I think we've been in Spring a few times. Can't remember if we've ate there or not though. I loved The Woodlands, reminds me a lot of Bethesda/D.C. area back in MD. Nope, Constitutional carry only applies to those in Texas and States that also have Constitutional carry laws. I still highly recommend getting the Utah out of state carry permit that’s recognized and honored in I think 35 states. This is why we needed a National Reciprocity on concealed carry, but Senate Majority McConnell sat on it. It was passed in the House in 2019.
