Not sure what he's doing yet. I’m not a Grigson fan, but he had to do *something* well to become a GM. He’s not the head honcho and never will be. I’m a huge Harrison Bryant believer and I still like Njoku (Grigson was with us in 2017). So that’s literally all he should ever provide insight on, because the rest of his record is why he got fired. I think Grigson falls into the category like Monte Kiffen, Romeo Crenell, Bill Callhan....GREAT coaches, who are good at what they do...but NOT head coaching material.
