Pretty good job by Dorian honestly to try and salvage the mess Ottawa is in right now. They'll never make up for losing out on Hughes/Kakko but this is a decent start. A late first (hopefully for Columbus) and some decent but nothing great prospects for a really good center. Can make the decision if they want him back at cost + 1st. At this point I think we're looking (hoping?) at a 2nd + good but not great prospect. Heard Katchouk + 3rd from TB but that may have been from Eklund. I'm interested to see what the team looks like after the trade deadline. Still not sure what the plan is. Feels reckless to me to go all in with so many pending UFA's.
