I don’t necessarily think this is the best career move for him because with their roster next season, they will probably win just a few games. That’s a job I see him lasting only a few seasons. I don’t necessarily blame him for the move though. It’s his decision to make. He gets to stay in Boston and be a head coach again which are obviously two things he cares about here.
