7. Atlanta: Gregory Rousseau | EDGE | Miami

Im cool with this pick to the Falcons he fits a need to replace Takk and the guy i wanted more in Parsons is already gone.  Lawrence and Fields are already gone as well and i don't like the other QB's in this draft enough to take them this high after those 2.   So all in all really good pick for us in that situation.

So I've not watched film yet but why are people so high on a 1 year player who opted out and you are fully projecting to play well. Feel like there is so much more risk with this player compared to someone with years of tape to see growth

Well I'm holding out hope the eagles lose out and get a top 5 pick. But if we are forced to win the nfc east Paye would be a good pick at 19.

hes played 1 game this year and most of his hype was because of last years tape and we all know u cant scout a guy based on 1 game.

hes a True Dual-threat QB(see his 1k yards rushing last year) and he had a very impeccable 28td to 0int ratio while passing for nearly 2800 yards on 67 completion% .  he may be a bit raw/unexperienced but the dude has the package of tools that teams crave and its almost a certainty if he declares hes going 5.

https://www.nfl.com/news/scouting-trey-lance-north-dakota-state-qb-similar-to-andrew-luck

a pretty well respected media scout and why Lance is easily QB3 .

another reason is WIlson has already had 1 shoulder surgery and his release puts alot of stress on it so it could be a ticking time bomb for when he needs another.

Solid Vikings pick. I like Lance, but I think that Wilson might end up being the #3 in this draft when all is said and done. Watching some BYU games, he just looks good.

i feel lance is better and has 0 Medical red flags.    i mean hes had Surgery on his throwing shoulder and throwing hand.  his release puts alot of stress on his shoulder.

I'm not sold on Wade as a top 10 guy, and if the Bengals can resign Jackson, than a legit pass rusher is a bigger need over another CB
