I really hope Mayock hires someone like Wade who is experienced and proven enough that the D is theirs to run and has a personality strong enough invest in instead of letting Gruden spend all the money (and picks) on offense. But 3 days with the d coordinator with 4 starters out is enough to figure out guenther wasn't one of the problems with the defense. Got it. Makes perfect sense.
