In LaFleur's post game press conference he stated that it was inexcusable as coaches that they were in the defense they were in for the last play of the half.

Yeah. He didnt mince any words on that one. Called it what it was: the wrong defensive call.

Not sure how much is on Rodgers vs. MLF, but I noticed the play being snapped at 00 or 01 a lot of the time.  Certainly isn't helping the OL when the DL can just time the rush.

Rodgers historic for this.

Play calls were slow getting in as well

Yes, that was a bad ball by Rodgers.

He missed that, Lazard wide open for a TD, a walk-in TD and a wide-open Adams on the free play (forgot how that drive ended, however).

Rodgers wasn't perfect. If he played as well as his had in probably 75% of the games this year, we win.

But the same goes for several other players and coaches, too. On their side as well.

Davante doesn't sniff the list of people to lay ANY blame on today, however.

Dude idk. I he should have caught the TD pass on 1st and goal. It was off target....okay... it’s the NFC championship game and hit you in both hands... catch it lol.

disappointing considering the season hehad

Pettine is gone, that's about the only positive out of this. Still feel like that move is a too little too late type of thing. Don't see GB positioning themselves this favorably again.

If you're Pettine, isn't your argument that we allowed 32 points and Jones blew it for 7 and Rodgers pick opened the door for another 7?

His defense "allowed" 18 points and forced 3 turnovers.

The offense netted 18 points with a defensive performance that included 3 picks.

Ya know - GB has a knack of getting screwed just before halftimes of multiple games.

it was the same exact **** as the 2011 divisional game where Nicks caught the Hail Mary before half. Just absolute garbage defense. Didn't help that Rodgers felt the need to force a pass right before that despite having minimal time to do anything. With GB getting the ball to start the 3rd, he needed to be smart there. Defensive holding or not, why even force a pass into tight coverage like that. Just get into half down 4, get the ball to start the 3rd and try to regain the lead and go from there. Really poor situational football by GB

Right. With all of the *everything sucks* focus on Pettine - the bottom lines on the D arent that bad.

Do I wish we were executing like Tampa? Oh you got that right - but thats a combo of players AND coaches. Bowles runs an entirely different D.

That was a really hard ball. Come on.

Ya, but great players need to make plays to win game like that.

Davante is an exceptional player who wa key to this seasons success. But I wouldn’t say he dosent deserve any blame.
