Especially as a HC candidate. RB is the one skill position we're continually good at, which means Deuce was the only coach, besides Stout, with a track record of actually developing players. I always wanted to see what he could do as a playcaller, because it couldn't be worse than what Doug and co were doing, and I always figured we'd actually run in the 2nd half. I don't really mind him leaving though, unless our RB's suddenly look like a deuce.

The only place that thought he was/is worthy of being an offensive coordinator or head coach was this fan base. If he was in such high demand someone surely would've scooped him up to be a play caller this year, right? Negative - instead he had to take the same exact coaching position on a different team. And Doug was like "Nah, watch this trainwreck offense playboi, you just keep churning out pro bowl RB's that I'll forget to use in the 2nd half" Duce probably told Doug he wanted a 50/50 pass/run split and Doug nearly choked on his water bottle that was halfway down his throat. I don´t disagree with that but, what pro bowl RB has he churned?

And Sanders would be probably be there if he could stay healthy. Think he also helped with Westy. Got nice performances from Clement and our other backup bums at times. Who are these pro bowl RBs he has been churning out recently? Is this the guy who saw fit to give Boston Scott the same amount of snaps as Miles Sanders in certain games? Maybe it will take him a bit to put it together like Shady did.
