AFlaccoSeagulls
Now that Pfizer is fully approved, we need to start doing vaccine requirements instead of masks ASAP. I am sick and tired of having to accommodate for the unvaccinated after 5 months where the vaccine has been freely available for everyone.
WizeGuy
I recommend everyone read this thread. It's full of great information, and gives more evidence that vaccinated folks are less likely to transmit the virus even if infected. Just note- this study compared fully vaxxed healthcare workers who a strong majority were infected with Delta to unvaxxed individuals who were infected with previous (less contagious) variants, so it only adds to the positivity of these results: Edited August 23, 2021 by WizeGuy

Time to strip away every societal protection for the unvaxxed by choice. Employers should be free to require it, schools should be free to require it, health insurance companies should be free to drop unvaccinated people by choice or free to not cover COVID expenses without proof of vaccination/doctor's note documenting the reason why, hospitals should be free to deprioritize the unvaccinated patients if they are full, COVID-related medical debt should not be dischargeable after 7 years, and doctors should be free to bar unvaccinated patients. Agree with all of this. I was against mandating the vaccine before the approval, but now any employer has the right to require it for their own company. It's been happening way before Covid became a thing, so there's no reason that vaccine can't follow that trend.
DontTazeMeBro
I don’t think the food supply could handle a mandate. Especially at the retail level where you have a lot of kids making a little over $10/hour. They’re already having a difficult time filling jobs.
