You didn't read it did you? It's talking about simplifying player responsibilities and allowing them to play faster. Which is a big change from Guenther's convoluted scheme.

I wonder why this always gets ignored lol

So now you're bringing in FA signings, please stay on one topic instead of searching for new outs

In general, Mayock/Gruden have not shown that they have an eye for talent. In the draft or in free agency. Karl Joseph was an after thought in free agency, just like Damarious Randall was last year, there was no market for him. He literally got replaced by Ronnie Harrison last year because he struggled in coverage.

LOL Who made those players HOF level type of players?

Cause Richard Sherman was a 5th round pick

Bobby Wagner was a 2nd round pick

Kam Chancellor was a 5th round pick

Only Earl Thomas was a first round pick.

Soooooo maybe he is a miracle worker.

I've already done this one with him already lol.

I wonder why the Browns and Raiders, two teams with weak safety play, let KJ walk in free agency if he has the ability to thrive as a starting FS.

Because they had him playing SS lol

The Browns most used coverage last season was cover 3, the same coverage that Bradley uses the majority of the time. The Browns defensive scheme relies on a FS that can play in single high. They had Joseph on the roster last season and didn't use him there. Why? Since he apparently has the ability to thrive in that role, you think they would've done it.

Different coaches see different traits in players. Example the Eagles and the Raiders both ran west coast offenses. One saw Nelson Agholor as Slot receiver only. Other saw him as an outside receiver.

The whole idea with the raiders is Kenyan Drake is supposed to be that he supposed to be a Swiss Army knife running back. Why didnt the Cardinals who traded for him and gave him 8 mil see him that way?

That's just how the NFL is lol

He probably doesn't have the ability to thrive as anything. But they're drafting a S soon.

The Browns primary coverage last season was cover 3. Why didn't they line Joseph up in single high in the same scheme?

No idea. I'm assuming they pigeonholed him in as a box safety and they looked for a safety who can play in the box and cover in man more effectively, which is what John Johnson III does.
