Probably bc most people know the options are 1. You were Roleblocked by scum 2. You were Roleblocked by town 3. You were Jailed 4. I was jailed 5. Some other unknown thing caused your move to fail And most importantly would rather not have you 1. Say to much in case you are town 2. This, if true (and I'm not suggesting it isn't), is very interesting. Nacho's interactions with Josh yesterday were just super "I'm not scummy if scum comes after me, right?" scummy. So, of course, he's now throwing it to someone else. If you're town, and you don't have a quality reason not to pursue Nacho (and I'd love to hear some), don't get distracted by the noise.
