It's no surprise Rodgers hasn't gone on given the dysfunction and lack of investment in certain areas in GB, and similar with Wilson at Seattle. No wonder he's won only one with their offensive line year after year. I think the cohesion between owner, GM, coach and QB gets so underrated in the NFL.
SkippyX
Its funny how when McNabb went 1-4 in NFCCGs it was pretty clear it was mostly on him. Its funny how when A-A-Ron goes 1-5 in NFCCGs its the fault of various random evil forces who set him up to appear in NFCCGs but fail. 👀

Turnobili
obviously he'll be remembered as the Packers QB coach
lancerman
Chiefs. I watched him throughout his entire time with both teams. In fact I would say my formative football years were when he was at his peak with the Eagles. So I remember that era very well. But he won as a Chief and he’s been there long enough that all his highest success will be there.

That's personal preference. Going from the record book on Marcus Allen, you would probably say his first team, Oakland. With Reid, the clear choice is Kansas City. That's not how the NFL HoF works. It only matters in baseball because the bust is sculpted with a cap on it. For the NFL it's "Charlie Football, (team a) 1977-1982 (team b) 1982-1986"

The inductee has some leeway in the choice of which team. J
Malik
Chiefs easily. Personality wise Reid never felt much like Philly.

J You might want to let the HoF know, since their page for him features 2 pictures of him in a Raider uni and none in the Chiefs, and on the alphabetical list, he's bolded for the Raiders and not for the Chiefs, where bold means "major part of their primary contribution" (which is a bordering on nonsensical phrase, but basically means "this part of his career is why he's here") https://www.profootballhof.com/players/marcus-allen/ https://www.profootballhof.com/heroes-of-the-game/franchises/
Kirill
Philly. He got lucky in KC with Mahomes. Mahomes would be a HOFer and a champion anywhere he went.

For like a year you get a locker showcase at the HOF and you can contribute whatever you want. But they take that down for the next class. The reason it matters for baseball is because the plaque has the hat so the image associates you with a team for the rest of time. For instance Pedro’s plaque lists multiple teams but the image has a cap with a big B for the Boston Red Sox letting you know that’s how he wants to be remembered and who he wanted to be associated with. Foorball doesn’t have that so it’s not really as big of a deal.

You only get inducted once, but that's when most of the pictures get taken. As noted, Marcus Allen had a Chiefs showcase specifically as a slap at Al Davis. 3 hours ago, lancerman said: The reason it matters for baseball is because the plaque has the hat so the image associates you with a team for the rest of time. No he wouldn't. Let's not pretend that actual Coaching and Culture doesn't matters. If you honestly believe Mahomes somehow transforms the Lions, Raiders, Jets, Bengals into SB Champions the last 4 years. You're even a bigger Mahomes groupy then you already appear.
