Barrett is still so streaky. He's still only 21, but he can't have 7-27 nights if he wants the offense to run through him. Quickly same thing, 1-8 off the bench. He's not a plus scorer or creator for others.

The question becomes, what do the Knicks build around then? Certainly not Randle.

I mean you run it through Barrett and hope he develops into that guy. Just make sure expectations adjust to fit that. He's not leading a team to the postseason. Trade Barrett, Reddish, Robinson, and draft assets to us for Donovan Mitchell.

BayRaider
According to most Vegas casinos, these are the top five in odds to win the NBA Championship: 1) Suns +260 2) Bucks +550 3) Nets +600 4) Warriors +800 5) Celtics +900 The champion will likely be one of these five. I think the Suns are the clear best team and will likely win the championship. But if the Warriors and Nets are fully healthy for once, and have their full rosters, they can definitely win. I’d personally put a healthy Warriors team as #2 in the NBA. I think we’ll likely see Suns over Warriors in the Conf Champ (although Warriors have a great chance if Curry is 100%) and Celtics over Bucks. And then Suns over Celtics. DirtyDez
I think Golden St tanks their last two to get the 4-seed.

I’d think you would want to avoid Suns as long as possible. Plus unless Nuggets miraculously get their boys back AND they shake off rust quick, that is an easier series than Utah. I remember debating someone on here way back about him being a better offensive player than Anthony Davis. Goes to show how far behind people are on him.
