I'm on your side overall... but I disagree with this.

Nick Saban is in that conversation, Alabama has been a dynasty for the better part of a decade - with no real signs of slowing down.

*College coach. The conversation is then limited to college coaches.

Tim Tebow isn't one of the best football players ever. He's one of the best college players ever.

Another mediocre day from Brady….I get that the run game was the best thing going, but it again is really worrying that the pass game couldn’t really get into a rhythm once again when outside their own stadium.

They won't win on the road. Best case for them is really HFA or at least #2 seed and Cards get upset in the divisional. Today the Bucs got lucky the Colts turned it over like crazy.

Is not in the conversation for greatest football coaches of all time

Reilly more than likely will be paid $10m plus, twice as much as half of the coaches in the league. Hell be there as long as he wants and will run the ship however he chooses. USC is one of a handful of college jobs on par with NFL jobs, when you factor in job stability I’d say it’s a better job than at least a handful of NFL gigs. Also, LA.

I think you're comparing apples and oranges when going player vs coach comparisons.

Pretty much every player is going to be limited to four years in college (5 with a medical redshirt, not a standard redshirt). Coaches spend decades there... and don't have the luxury of keeping a QB for 10+ years.

If you wanted to compartmentalize, I'm not stopping you - but I need better rationale to consider it.

It was the pass rush getting home up the middle, they had to go to quick stuff to the RBs/TEs.
