If Rodgers would have connected with Lazard and put the Packers up 35-17 it would have been the mail in the coffin but getting the win in the end is all that really matters anyways. On to the Browns.

In hindsight, lucky thing for us Harbaugh doesn't like his team's chances in overtime....

Yup. Always take the points early in the game.

Someone else just lost over this the past week or so. Might have been college. But yeah. The early momentum swing if you don't get it, is not worth it imo.. But ANALytics doesn't understand that

A win is a win .. wish we could bury teams, but that doesn't seem to be something that happens very often.  Offense got rolling pretty good, but had a terrible drive to start the game and a terrible final drive to end it (drive prior to the kneeldowns).  The defense was shotty .. really looked like they were poised to lose the game, and then came up with big play on the 2-pt conversion.  Special teams is trash.  They are going to cost us a game .. probably will happen in the playoffs against a really good team like Tampa.

Who else you gonna hire? His outstanding assistants

I think they should be hiring some old veteran ST guru to take a look at what's going here and make some recommendations.  A lot of teams have a veteran consulatant/assistant on staff for Offense or Defense.  Well, why not one for Special Teams.

We discussed this elsewhere - Chicago is probably going to turn over their coaching staff; Joe Judge will probably be canned by the Giants.

So there are 2 ST coordinators who have a track record of solid-or-better and will be on the market.
