Cunningham was one of those guys who I was really excited about in glimpses in college, and then when I actually started watching the games and watching him played, I was pretty turned off. If our rookies fall back down to Earth, that's fine. I don't expect Kamara to average 6.5 YPC for the rest of his career, or Lattimore to completely shut guys out every week. Sorry couldn't resist, but in all seriousness it's true anything can happen seen a lot of rookies break out, but never replicate that level of success in future seasons.
