I don't recall exactly, but I think they were a new Avengers formed by Norman Osborn. The villains recruited definitely used a more deadly attack. They did bad things, not to make the Avengers look bad, but because they are just bad. Bullseye did impersonate Hawkeye so they could do a similar storyline. S2 of Daredevil was a little too out there with The Hand, and the after that nothing could really pull me back in. But Fisk may pull me back in. There was something about S1 of Daredevil. How you could almost understand why Fisk did the things he did...it made it more true to life than just "evil guy does evil guy things".
