Seems weird how he’s still out there and really haven’t been linked to anyone or at least from what I seen. Also would appreciate if Stephon Gilmore would make up his mind. I'm betting Mathieu wants Jamal Adam's money. And no one else thinks any safety is worth that. I do think he had a worse year last year than prior. But that was true of the rest of our defense as well, really. I do think at this stage his leadership was a bigger asset to us than his individual performance. Not that he played poorly, but I think there are a few guys above him at this point. I'll obviously miss Bobby Trees, but we're still in great shape if we get him back late in the season. Hopefully we also bring in a Gilmore, Wagner, or Clowney too.
