Did Cooper Kupp have the greatest WR season of all time?

• 1,947 regular season receiving yards(second all time) + 478 postseason receiving yards(second all time) = 2,425 total receiving yards(most all time)
• 16 regular season receiving touchdowns(led league) + 6 postseason receiving touchdowns(tied for second all time) = 22 total receiving touchdowns(tied for second all time)
• 11th player to win the Receiving Triple Crown(led league in receptions, receiving yards, and receiving touchdowns), fourth to win it since the merger and first since 2005
• Unanimous First Team All-Pro
• Won Offensive Player of the Year
• Set up game-winning field goals in the divisional round and NFC Championship
• Scored the game-winning touchdown in the Super Bowl and won Super Bowl MVP

Uhhh yeah. He led the league in all 3 major receiving stats, got the All Pro, got the OPOY, was the only non QB to get MVP votes and made the most critical offensive plays in the Super Bowl and got the Super Bowl MVP. 
 

I guess you could argue there might be someone who broke receiving  records or something. But from an accolade standpoint he did about everything you could possibly do for his position. 
 

Aside from winning an award no receiver won ever, what else can you ask him to do?

Copper Kupp, in a year where he was leading the league practically in the most important receiving categories plus winning SB MVP, absolutely had the greatest year ever.
 

I’m not sure it’s even close: if we include both regular and playoffs

The fact that he did it in the regular season AND playoffs probably does give him the edge..

Calvin's season, the Moss/Patriots season, Kupp, and that monster Jerry Rice season are probably the top 4 in some order

A lot of volume catches and yards, I still put Randy Moss's 2007 season ahead but he had an elite season.

Kupp had a higher yards per target than 2007 Moss.

Pro Football Outsiders said yes before the playoffs even started or the awards were handed out. Their metrics "only" go back to 1983 though.
