Mayfield and Wilson also have a pre-existing relationship, since they both went to the same high school. Not at the same time obviously. For a number of reasons I do not see the Browns passing on Wilson if he is there. I still think it’s a longshot, him being available though.

😯

...five more to go...

How much would anybody be willing  move up to secure Wilson?

id trade pick 13 and one of our third rounders to Carolina for pick 7 and we get a fifth back.

we’d probably have to jump Atlanta at 8 how it stands right now

Given how many good receivers there are in this draft and how many good players could be there at 13, I wouldn’t get rid of much to move up. I would not trade a future 1, especially with Baker playing on his contract season. Would certainly like if things fell into place at 13 though.

I wonder what Coopers stats are on play action? he is a type of guy who I could see thriving in our offense.

If healthy I think he will go 85 receptions for 1350 yards and 8 tds

I don’t see him setting his career high in yards (by nearly 200) nor matching his career high in TD’s in this scheme.  Not a knock on him, he’s just not going to get the volume targets.

I think his average will go up in our scheme, that is what the play action offense does, Diggs average 17.9 in 2019- I think we are going to continue to pass more than in 2020.

I have Cooper getting roughly 15 YPC over the year and more receptions than Landry in 2019.

My math is bullet proof.

Nothing. While good, he is not light years above the others we can get in the first round.

Baker too. I mean, he sucks, but he's still somehow a positive trade asset.

Make it four firsts since it's a salary dump.

Also: extend Murray to largest QB (read: NFL) contract in history and let him have a say in personnel moves.
