I'm just he'd be a nice piece in a functioning offense. But the offense can't go through him as much as Kyle is trying to do. It's like is trying to give this offense its own unique identity for no reason at all. Just do what works. Run the ball traditionally, pass off the playaction, score points.

I'm pretty confident next year will be much different. Not in terms of play calls, but that those plays will actually work. He just runs everything he wants until it works, no matter whether we have the personnel or not. If it works in the end(after 2,3 seasons) I won't complain.

Yeah, I'm not entirely worried. We have to wait for the personnel to catch up with the scheme. Right now, it's like playing chess with only pawns.

I think that was an attempted pass, but it was so stupid of an attempt, I'm glad it's ruled a fumble.

Yeah... it's like the refs saw how stupid Eli was on that play that he didn't deserve the benefit of the doubt. Even if there wasn't much doubt.

The thing is, he does have the production and quite frankly, he's going to crush the combine. He's going to run high 4.3's. I don't know that he's going to go top 3, I have a hard time envisioning that, but I think he'll end up in the top 7 or 8

I've loved him since the very first time I saw him play. But I have way a lot of worries about his style. Getting next to nothing on a whole bunch of runs and every now and then breaking a long one is not what I want out of my RB.  Not into draft ranking guys at this time of year. But it's safe to say I wouldn't even have him in the top half of my first round.

Yeah, we need some of these pawns to turn into queens.

...ermm....chess.

turning into queens... is that a san francisco joke? Just kidding, don't warn me, I won't go there again.

SIdenote, I like Breida. I don't like penalties.
