JuJu might be this years Cooper Kupp for me (not saying hes going to put up the same type of year as Kupp because thats a historical year and very very hard to replicate) his ADP seems pretty low in my limited amount of research this year and could easily outperform his draft position in KC Ive never been a JuJu guy but I think Im definitely on him this year especially in PPR leagues

That’s a lot of faith in a guy who has had one great season… and he only had that season because teams double teamed Antonio Brown like crazy. Once AB left, JuJu was a nobody.

Yeah and hes also had Big Ben who should of retired 3-4 years ago throwing him the rock I dont think its high expectations at all for him to outscore his current ADP along with Travis Kelce being around to take some of that focus off of him with Patrick Mahomes and with Andy Reird one of best offensive minded HCs in the game theres more positive than negatives in JuJu case Injuries have been a problem for JuJu but I dont really take something as fluky as injuries into consideration when drafting same could be said for Cooper Kupp too

Same could be said for Cooper Kupp before his coming out party last year that he only had one great season in eclipsing 1k yards

Their stats arent all the different if JuJu plays a full year last year and Cooper Kupp doesnt have a historically great year last year in fact take out last year and JuJu has had better stats than Cooper Kupp

I think the WR to own in KC is Skyy Moore. He goes 2-3 rounds later. He’ll start slower but he should post up 1k a yards this year and have a great season.

Maybe I haven’t dug into rookies yet just thinking about players going in the later rounds that could have a boom type year and JuJu instantly came into my mind along with Trey Lane and Brandon Aiyuk

I think Mecole Hardman sees an uptick in production too.  He is the only WR with any experience with Mahomes and knows the system better.  I think he is a sneaky later round pick with upside.  I like Moore but its hard to depend on a rookie as he is in the same situation Hardman was three years ago.  It will be interesting to see how the target share is divided in KC this year. Either way, all someone is getting good value out of one of these guys.

The difference is Moore is a very good prospect, while Mecole Hardman is just not good. He’s a kick returner they’d hope would become something but it’s never going to happen. In 40+ drafts, Mecole is one of the rare ones I have zero shares of.

Non-PPR, 1-QB-2RB-2WR-FLEX what does your top4 look like? I’m tempted to take CMC at 4

CMC isn’t a bad option at all as usual I fade WRs in the 1st and or 2nd rounds because of position scarcity (or atleast try to and it’s more of my drafting philosophy) there’s a lot of quality WRs in rounds 5 and beyond and you can’t say that for RBs imo

Yea thats partly my take as well. I had 3rd choice and picked 4 hoping for JT-Ekeler-Henry-CMC. Its my only $ league so the idea of being so risky isnt ideal but there’s always Sportsbooks lol

Edit: Not to mention QBs go super early but also RBs are ridiculously overdrafted so there’s usually solid WR value.

I’ve been gobbling up Kenyan Drake in the 18th Round basically for free. I think he will be the James White of the Raiders. 4th highest graded RB last year in receiving, while Jacobs graded out really poorly. This narrative from Raider fans that Jacobs is a good receiving back is simply inaccurate. I also don’t think Zamir White is going to get as much work as people think, Josh loves sitting rookie RB’s and giving them limited snaps. Damien Harris barely saw any work his rookie year, even though he also was a very talented 4th round rookie and most talented RB on the roster.
