I've drafted coaches early, I've drafted coaches late. I really struggle to tell if it matters. Great strategy If I wasn't planning on keeping Belichick, I wouldn't have taken him here. If there's a chance that teams with "better" coaches have more success, I'm willing to give it a shot.
