I agree but there’s nothing saying we don’t plan to go get a GM this offseason. Do I think we will no. But we still can have a good offseason.

There's no chance that any competent front office person comes to Washington unless Bruce Allen is fired. Even then, it's a long shot bet. And, no, we cannot have a good offseason with Moron Incorporated running the show.

What improvement? We're literally the exact same team we've been for three years and our record is getting worse, not improving.

They’ve improved on defense, it’s just injuries derailed a once top 15 D and don’t act naive because you know it’s true yourself. Injuries have decimated our defense and our OL for a few weeks.

Cousins is on pace to have nearly as good a season he had in 2015 & 16 w/o his 2 thousand yard Wrs and while breaking in new and very young outside Wrs. Cousins play has been very impressive except for a few ints at the end of the game vs the eagles and end of the half vs Minny.

From the looks of things, Perine looks to be an upgrade at RB. Our safeties are definitely an upgrade as is Brown. Allen, Fuller, Smith, Ioannidis, Spaight and Nicholson all look like long term starters in defense.

We are very, very young and yes despite that we have improved!

Our drafted home grown players are developing!!! That’s improvement. This team doesn’t quit that’s improvement!!! A culture change isn’t easy and he’s coaching us through that. We were absolute losers. The Cowboys lost 2 players and couldn’t even put up 14 points!!!!! We lose half our roster we’re giving the best of the best their hardest challenge dude that is improvement!!!! Heck realistically if we were healthy we could be one of the best in the league go ahead and laugh but before the injuries this team looked like that type of unit.

We have to hope that Doug Williams and Kyle Smith soaked in enough from McCloughan for 2 years that they continue to do a good job in the draft.

That can’t be improvement because we didn’t win a game turtle!!!!!!! We have to blow it all up because that’s what this fan base loves best!!!!!!!

It's not that easy. They didn't just "lose". This was different. You're one of the smarter posters here and you're smart enough to realize this wasn't a normal loss.

It was a game they were supposed to lose.  I’m smart enough to look at the schedule at see 9-7.  The only thing they lost today was 10-6.

Our scouting Dept is exactly the same and Scot C was working with Scot directly. Our scouting dept isn’t bad. We just need to keep building. I see no reason this team can’t have a good offseason. It starts with paying Kirk and Brown and bringing in a DL player this team can build with John and Matt and Lanier. We aren’t far off blowing it up is just a mistake IMO.

We’re all smart posters just because we don’t always agree doesn’t mean we don’t have good opinions with plenty of validity to them. I respect your opinion of not wanting the coaching staff or Cousins back because you think it’s time to blow it up and start over. In some ways, it makes sense because the other side could be greener with a young stud qb and coach to grow together in the future. On the flip side a healthy Redskins team is probably 6-4 or as good as 9-1 right now if a few things go our way. We are very young around Cousins, our best days are infront of us with him. He showed to say how great he can be and would have even been greater w/o the 3 drops by his receivers. Kirk had a 69%, 320 yd, 3 TD, 136.7 QBR game and he was a few drops away from having a 25/32, 350 yard and 4 TD game.
