Yea but Gute probably only wants to do it now because he got his extension this past summer.

No. Gute doesn’t want Rodgers to win a Super Bowl outside of Green Bay. Guarantee LaFleur would like a QB who plays LaFleur’s ******* offense. Yep. 100 %. Including a number of posters around here unless an owner decides to do something really stupid which we all hope for. He’s almost 40. I had a buddy text me today that we will get Quinnen Williams, a 1st and more Lol. If we get that gutey should be GM should get of the decade. I think something tied to his performance would not surprise me at all.

You would think so, but LaFleur always comes off as subservient to #12. He kisses Aaron's *** at every turn.

The hope is that he likes Love enough now because he’s ready to go.

Old Guy
Here are Rodgers landing spots in order of where I think he will end up: 1. Las Vegas - reunited and it fails spectacularly. 2. San Francisco - Shanahan and Lynch are tired of getting close. 3. Miami - Tua should retire. 4. NY Jets - Probably most others favorites. NFLGURU
I hope Gute can get some kind of bidding war going. The more seriously interested teams the better. Then you have Rodgers input into this.
MacReady
I will say, however… The revenue from Rodgers is worth a first round pick to any owner who wants money.

If SF is in the mix, we could get a windfall. I was really hoping for that. Worried Purdy being hurt early may factor in to them staying with him. Woody Johnson sounds like he's willing to pay up to get a guy like Rodgers. I'd insist on pick #13 if I was Gute. I'd probably want a conditional pick in 2024 as well.
