If somehow Burks turns things around it can be a good core, but still I don't think there's any QB on that team that's going to be a long term answer.

The key to success for Tennessee next year is guys buying in to what Vrabel wants them to do defensively.

 

Vrabel gets “no name guys” to have success on defense because he uses them like cannon fodder. If guys are willing to sacrifice on defense (which includes their health) they will have success.
 

Hoody does the same thing in New England.
