Merry Christmas everyone! A huge week put a lot of you guys in striking range of the cutoff line with just 2 weeks to go! Splendid work, I say!

You need to average 278 yards every week to get 5000+ yards

If you see anything wrong, please let me know.

Please put the amount of passing yards your QB had for that week when you post, I'd greatly appreciate it. I also wouldn't mind if you added up your total for the week as well! This is not mandatory, but it greatly helps. Regardless, I verify what the totals were.

So, for instance, if you used Jameis Winston and then Derek Carr, it would look like this:

Week 1: Winston (194)

Week 2: Carr (198)

Total: 392

Week 1:  Kirk Cousins (344) Week 2:  Jared Goff (323)  Week 3 CJ Stroud (280)  Week 4: Russell Wilson (223)  Week 5 Patrick Mahomes (281) Week 6: Trevor Lawrence (181) Week 7:  Geno Smith (219)  Week 8:  Jordan Love (229)  Week 9:  Derek Carr (211)  Week 10:  Gardner Minshew (194) Week 11: Sam Howell (225)  Week 12:  Dak Prescott (331)  Week 13: Tua Tagovailoa (280) Week 14 Prock Purdy (368) Week 15 Matthew Stafford (258)  Week 16 Bryce Young (312)

Week 17 Nick Mullens vs Green BayUntil Joe Barry is fired, I am picking against the Packers defense.  He has allowed back-to-back NFC players of the week, and career days for such heavy weights as Tommy Devito and Baker Mayfield.  It is disgusting.  I am disgusted.  Bryce Young won't win NFC player of the week, but he had a career game.  The Packers gave up 300 yards and 4 TDs to a team that hadn't scored more than 20 points in 9 games.  Mullens is going for 250 if he is blind folded.  The only thing I don't know is whether Jefferson is going to get all 250 of those yards or if we are going to let a guy like Lucky Jackson have the game of his life.  It is still disgusting, and I am still disgusted.

I need 700 yards to crack 5000.  Slim chance, but if anyone is up to that task, it is Joe Barry.

Keeping up with the trend....

I want to make a change to my selection.  I have a feeling that you guys are going with Hall.  I don't doubt that whomever it is will pass for a lot of yards, but I just don't know which one will play, and if the first guy struggles, if there isn't a QB change.  How Packers would it be to shut down a guy for a half only to get shredded by the replacement?  Don't answer that.

The other direction I am now going is still a back-up QB.  I want Jarrett Stidham vs the Chargers.  It is a home game, the Chargers stink, and Sean Payton is a prick, who would love to prove a point by making this dude go off for a million yards.  He went for 365 against the 49ers last season.  So I will throw out another fun Hail Mary pick.
