You find a coach that'll give you more 4 WR sets tbqh

There’s no point in even attempting this without a QB that can run it and a LT that can block it. Huge waste of having 4 stud WR on rookie contracts. Shrinks the long term window.

Good thing we will have that in 2024 when we flip Tom to LT where he's a more natural fit.

And spare me the QB talk.

Are you serious? It's not like a team can't get enough snaps for 4 guys. Not to mention, Watson can't stay on the field and this year when he's been on the field he's been a nothingburger.

It's not like we have Driver, Nelson, Jones, Jennings and Finley on the roster and then drafted Cobb. How in the hell could we ever build a team to contend with that many resources dedicated to the WR/TE room. The five guys were established as Bonafide NFL players when we took Cobb. None of the current guys are established.

Green Bay Packers Sports Illustrated cover

just go back in time and send Watson to the Colts for JT

Personally, while I think Marv would be a hell of a player for the Pack and one they should consider breaking orthodoxy for, I don't see it happening. It's just not what the Packers do to give up on these young guys. Plus we have to rebuild the o line and secondary. Not sure how FA is looking or what the rest of the draft class looks like, but with the draft capital we have and some additional cap space this season, it's possible they could achieve these objectives while scooping a talent like Marv. Unlikely, but possible.

It was crazy to see the catches he made with Badger defenders all over him and then watch the Packers drop pass after pass the very next day - but then you think back to young Jordy, James  Jones, Adams, and they had the same issue.

The Vikings had two 1000 yard receivers in 1997. One was a hall of fame possession receiver, and the other was an elite deep threat. They went 9-7 and could have added to a defense that ranked 29th.

But you know what happened instead. They drafted the generational talent at WR, Jake Reed took a back seat, the team went 15-1 and were a missed FG away from what could have been their first ring.

Cuz we have little to celebrate this year, may as well watch this.

For those that are adamant in the MHJ camp, which WR are you throwing out of the rotation?  We're not going to run a lot 4 WR sets, so which WR are you effectively benching?  Is it our most consistent WR in Romeo Doubs?  Is it the biggest big play threat in Christian Watson?  Or is it the guy we just invested a SRP into in Jayden Reed?

MJH is already better then any wr on the roster. Christain Watson and Romeo Daubs have done nothing to warrant starting this year.

Even if you put Tom at LT you still have a huge hole to fill, and that huge hole is nothing compared to the problem of not having a QB. Everyone employed at 1265 can update their resume in August if Jordan Love is the plan.

You have no clue what you're talking about dude. Anyone making any prognostications on Love right now, in the current situation, is misguided.

Love may or may not be the guy but stating **** like this, on November 1st, 2023, after half a season as the #1 guy, is just beyond stupid.

Let him be on record. Encourage even more from him to bring back up later :)

Who would you draft as Love's replacement in the 2024 draft?
