Sucks when ownership basically forces you to take a QB and then you're stuck trying to make it work when it clearly doesn't, feel for Reich there.

Carolina Panthers head coach Frank Reich makes an estimated $5 - 10 million per year. The former Buffalo Bills backup QB is one of the most experienced head coaches in the league and enjoyed success in his earlier years.

Reich signed a four-year contract to coach the Panthers on January 26, 2023. While the details of the agreement weren't revealed, his deal signaled the end of the Indianapolis Colts' obligation to pay him $36 million through 2026.

Man. Really feel awful for Reich deciding to sign a new contract to coach a team owned by Dave Tepper and make $5-10 million. So brutal. Thoughts and prayers.

Interesting. What is your source that Tepper forced the team to select Bryce Young?

Dude grinded his way up the coaching ladder big time. Was RB coach at Wisconsin with no prior connections to the staff then jumped to an OC job after 1 season.

I'd say.  I knew the age sounded about right, but had no idea he had been at it as long as he has, or had reached the level he has.  After looking him up, he's been all over the place.
