Alright I want one representative from each team to tell me the pertinent injuries on their team we need to be made aware of.

I'll start.

Seahawks should be getting Dee Eskridge back. This means nothing. DK Metcalf should be considered 50/50 to play, & I don't see him having a huge impact if he does suit up. The team also placed EDGE Uchenna Nwosu on IR, which is a huge loss for this defense.

Falcons have their injuries on IR. Outside of that, they have backup LB and ST guy Tae Davis in concussion protocol. Wouldn't be surprised to see Andre Smith called up to the regular roster. Only other guys on the injury report this week were Calais Campbell and Cordarrelle Patterson who got Old man days today. (rest days for guys over 30).

Geno will look so good and then he hits the redzone

It's true. I've been arguing a lot of it is Waldron (though a lot of it is inevitably on Geno's decision making when the field shrinks). Shane isn't getting our smaller personnel off the field in the RZ, whereas that is the area we should be utilizing heavy TE personnel with guys like Will Dissly, Noah Fant, & Coby Parkinson all operating as effective big bodied targets where you need them.

Favored, sure, but I’d argue Walker is an upgrade & Hunt is certainly serviceable (though I expect him to get shutdown against the leagues #1 run defense). Seattles offense has sputtered, so I’m anticipating a close, ugly 16-13 type game.

Deshaun looked great in his last healthy game. I don’t think he’s great and I have severe doubts he will be great ever again, but PJ Walker as an upgrade is crazy lol

Redzone is tricky, really makes a QB try to make a tough throw into a crowded endzone. I like the big bodies up front idea but also running the ball more with them to really keep defenses on their toes.

Exactly. That personnel also strengthens your inside run game. It's foolish not to turn to it in the RZ.

Interesting that there are no teams on a bye this week. But some teams will have byes as late as December

There don't seem to be any marquee matchups, but a lot of solid games.

-Texans-Panthers (battle of the top two QB's)

-Rams-Cowboys (Rams fighting for a playoff spot, Cowboys are a top 5 NFC team at worst)

-Vikings-Packers (loser will have a tough time making the playoffs

-Jets-Giants (both teams showing fight with their backup QB's)

-Jaguars-Steelers (Jags found their groove, Steelers find ways to win somehow)

-Eagles-Commanders (Commanders almost upset the Eagles a few weeks ago, can they seal the deal?)

-Browns-Seahawks (stifling defense comes to the PNW against the Seahawks, another team i'd classify as top 5 in the NFC)

-Bengals-49ers (Bengals coming off a bye against a 49ers team reeling with a bad loss, short week & QB injury)

That's 8 solid games for one reason or another, and maybe i'm crazy, i think all 3 primetime games could be competitive/watchable too

I think we will be in the fight for the 7 seed all year.

But we are going to get beaten soundly by Dallas on Sunday. Just an awful match up for us.
