BackinBlack Posted November 19, 2023 Share Posted November 19, 2023 We had just had back to back 3 and outs, if Carlson missed kick and we took timeout they’d have 30 seconds from near mid. extremely conservative no doubt. but considering it was looking about to be 21-10, I think they were happy to go into half 14-13. not what I would’ve done, but we are down 1. But when it comes to their offense, overall, it's one of those things were either it works or it doesn't. Theres a chance Hardegree is simply this bland and simple. He hasn't been calling offenses and adjusting and changing and evolving his playbook.....it's simply inexperience. It'll work against easy teams and if everything goes your way. Hardegree didn’t snap into gear when the D gave them the ball back. Couldn’t step outside his game plan imo. Shame as the defense played pretty damn well again.
