On-field, he isn't too dissimilar from CJ Stroud. I wouldn’t be shocked if someone gets desperate and he goes top 10 -15ish
jrry32
This is reminding me of C.J. Stroud's performance against UGA last year. That's what sold me on Stroud. Penix has been absolutely lights out.
squire12
This is the most I've watch penix for extended stretches, so not sure on this. Obviously the lefty thing likely leads to this. But Penix reminds me of a more mobile better athlete Tua. Is that a fair comp or am i way off?
Thelonebillsfan
OC's are so damn annoying. Your QB is having a historic game, put the ball in his hands.

Tua's biggest strength is his quick processing and smooth release point. Penix has an unorthodox release and struggles with processing.
ronjon1990
Penix is my personal QB1 and has been all year long. Whoever gets him is getting a QB worthy of the #1 overall pick and just consistently backs it up. Dude is a stud.

Older but more likely plug and play

Like is that bad? lol Edited January 2 by General Tso

I haven’t seen much extended games of him.

If I use say a top 15 pick and I get even just a decade of high end qb play, it’s easily worth it.

If he can play 10-12 years, isn't that worth it regardless of whether its 21-33 vs 25-37
