Legitimately sorry Lions fans.

The NFL isn’t fair.

Nah, the Lions gave this one away. Really let down by the bottom third of their roster.

People are going after Campbell but he had his team focused and ready to play in each and every playoff game.

Great year.

congrats guys. Impressive run from Kyle. I despise the Niners but what a come back. GGs. Go Mahomes 😈

Thank you broski, but it doesn't mean nothing unless we get it done in two weeks.

We want it back in blood 😈.

Love how they built their squad and Shanahan is the undisputed best coach in the NFL right now.

Sorry but that award is still firmly in Andy Reids hands.

Unless he takes this years SB away from him.

Great year.

One team is about to play in like their 8-10th Super Bowl.

The Lions have never been.

It isn’t fair, it’s tough.

I think you have to understand the situation better. And my guess is he learns from this. Kick the two field goals and this is probably a different outcome. Just sucks for the Lions but Campbell is a good coach. He’ll be fine.

I just don't buy into the revisionist 20-20 hindsight sort of take on this.  Like, if that gamble actually converts, the Lions probably actually win the game and everyone's singing Campbell's praises for what big balls he has to have gambled there and got his team fired up with momentum.

There's understanding the situation, but then there's just understanding that sometimes those calls are going to work out and be huge for you, and other times it won't pan out.  But that's why it's "gambling".

I just don't buy this. The best coaches adapt based on the situation, and are unafraid to make decisions that are unpopular with the players.

You can't predict if it will work or not. Det was pounding SF's defense, the players will know that they should have performed better. Simple
