They could even trade down the #1 for more picks/assets, ALSO trade Fields for those things, and draft a QB at 10 like J.J. At 1.9 you can trade back as someone overvalued a QB, but you secure your top QB prosect and THEN work the rest out. ATL wouldn't be awful, but yes, Steelers would be the spot where he would be most likely be successful, I agree. A strong bad opinion is worth a bunch of clicks, but not everyone can be Skip or Dan O and just Scrooge McDuck it in bad opinions all the time.
