tyler735
I hope Harrison Smith wins DPOY. Has there ever been a player that didn't make the Pro Bowl that went on to win DPOY in the same year?
Soko
Harrison Smith will be the only DB in the last 30ish years to not have 6+ picks to win DPOY (other than Bob Sanders). Odds aren’t in his favor, unfortunately. Shame that defensive backs (and linebackers) sort of need to have an all-time great season to beat out a DL. But that’s 2 teams lol. And what 4 games lol. Not even close. reported.

J-ALL-DAY
1. Donald 2. Campbell 3. Jordan 4. Smith
NVRamsFan
Side question, has a team ever had DPOY and OPOY? Rams have a shot with Donald and Gurley.
Forge
50 minutes ago, El ramster said: But that’s 2 teams lol. And what 4 games lol. Not even close. reported. He had 5 of those sacks in 2 games against Seattle and Arizona. 2 in week 13 against Az, 3 in week 15 against Seattle. He's had 6 sacks in the other 12 games. You're criticizing Campbell for having 6 sacks against the Texans (2 games), while still having 8.5 in the other 13 games he's played in. There's no real difference. Campbell has gotten 41% of his sacks in 2 games, while Donald has gotten 45% of his sacks in 2 games.
SteelKing728
It should be Harrison Smith, but he'll continue to be snubbed. But other teams can have those awards or trophies. Minnesota has a bigger goal in mind.
bucsfan333
If I had a vote, it would be for Calais Campbell.
El Ramster
Donald has played 2 teams.. Bro.. 2 teams 4 times. You're making no sense lol. Calais has less than 50% on 1 team.

RavensDefense3
It's not really all about sacks either, even though he(campbell) only had .5 sacks against the Ravens, he was single handedly destroying our OL almost every play against the Ravens. Without him that's a completely different game.

There's no real difference. Campbell has gotten 41% of his sacks in 2 games, while Donald has gotten 45% of his sacks in 2 games. This. And let's be clear, any low volume stat works this way anyways. When Strahan racked up 22.5 sacks, 10.5 of them came in just 3 games. You don't get to high sack volume by getting 1 sack every week. You get there by having a few 2+ sack games against bad teams where they're passing to try to come back, and you wind up with some 0 sack games against run heavy teams or great OLs or games where your team gets blown out and you don't see many ideal pass rush situations. Campbell racking up sacks against bad teams like Houston is him doing what he's supposed to do. As a pass rusher you should be dominating bad OLs like that. The discussion would be that Donald should have another 5 sacks in those 2 extra 2 games.. Donalds numbers are boosted because of his 3 sack games just recently in Seattle when we blew them out.. RECENTLY.. Calais has slowed down considerably by a huge margin. HUGE MARGIN BRO.
