For being a pass rush God, Aaron Donald is kind of a punk. He pulls this crap way too often. Tried to choke out Jenkins a few years ago because Jenkins was eating his lunch and I think he did the same to another GB OL the next time around (Patrick maybe?).

Jenkins gonna need to put his son in timeout after yet another little tantrum of his. Hate to see it

In all seriousness though, this has to lead to a suspension for Donald, right? I know it wasn't during a game but rather practice, but the league can't like or tolerate a player using multiple helmets as weapons like this.

They'll tolerate a lot as long as;
1. They are part of a Champion Team
2. They are indisputably the cream of the crop at his position(most positions anyway)
3. They're not politically challenging The Shield in any capacity(throwing helmets at players does not count)

Looks like NFL can't even really do anything about it and that it's the Rams decision....so yeah, nothing will happen other than MAYBE they fine him an undisclosed and insignificant amount as a slap on the wrist

This doesn't make any sense. NFL has "jurisdiction" literally everywhere they want for the personal conduct policy.

It sounds more like the NFL hasn't gotten involved, but I'm seeing nothing to suggest they CAN'T. Swinging a helmet as a weapon is the kind of thing that might make the league feel it has to step in if anything would.

Send in Myles Garrett to settle it.

What is with AFC north players getting hit with their own helmets?

AFC north needs to get their stuff figured out.
