Have there been any reports of Lamar Jackson visiting any teams now that free agency is actually upon us? I honestly wonder if any team(s) think he's worth 2 - FRPs AND the big contract he's going to demand.

Actually.....the latest report is him trying to decide whether to retire or not :)

Spotrac was right on with the comp for Lazard.

They have Tonyan at 1 year 5.5M.

They have Hooper at 2 years, 13.4M.

Just for what it is worth...

And....Gesicki is still out here at TE.

Moreau's value from them is 4 years, 36M.

If this is right then Tonyan is the most cost-efficient option out there.

I can live with him for a yr at that price. Tonyan + Deguara + 2nd/3rd round rook? I'm ok with that.

I think it was just a talking head, maybe Emmanuel Acho, but he said teams don't want to do the Ravens' negotiating for them, and won't entertain Lamar, knowing the Ravens would match.  If I were me, but I owned the Bears, I would guarantee Lamar like 80 million this season, just to screw the Ravens over.

Is he even that good? I mean a team in their division frontloading a 100% guaranteed contract would be funny.

I'm not 100% sure the Ravens wouldn't take the picks tbh. I think they want him but want somebody else to set the market value for him.

Jackson may be fine with playing on the tag number and eventually forcing his way out of town.

And I wouldn't blame them a bit.  I have just seen Mims thrown in as part of a Rodgers trade, and I feel like asking if they have any washing machines to go along with that.

I am also on the fence whether or not I want a veteran WR at all.  The guys with the most experience with Jordan Love, are currently on the Packers, MVS, EQ, and Lazard.  I mean, what is the vet going to do, buy them beer?  Just go young.

Yeah, part of me understands the idea of wanting to add a vet to the WR room, but I think finding a guy who has the intangibles that fans are looking for is probably easier said than done.  I thought Robert Woods might be a candidate, but no such luck.

...and there better be a quality dryer coming with that washing machine attached to Mims.

Free delivery and installation if the total purchase is over 500 dollars
