I think it was just a talking head, maybe Emmanuel Acho, but he said teams don't want to do the Ravens' negotiating for them, and won't entertain Lamar, knowing the Ravens would match. I mean a team in their division frontloading a 100% guaranteed contract would be funny. I'm not 100% sure the Ravens wouldn't take the picks tbh. I think they want him but want somebody else to set the market value for him. Jackson may be fine with playing on the tag number and eventually forcing his way out of town.
