No excuse to lose to the Grizzlies. They are battling for a playoff spot and have a much better team, and at home. I didn't think he was when he was hired. I was giving him the benefit of the doubt, but even at the time he was hired, I didn't feel he was the right fit personality-wise for a young team. I don't think he's going to get fired, but I think he's going to have to have a serious re-enlightenment on how he coaches during the offseason. I truly believe Butler is not here if Thibs isn’t. if he is fired after this year (highly doubtful), I will be greatful for that. this team could be great in the future with Butler on this team.
