Pretty sure that's the wrong word but whatever

That may not be a bad thing. Getting a different view from the same spot on the mountain may be all that’s needed. Spielman has been a good GM over the past 8 seasons, but he really hasn’t seemed to learn from his mistakes. And we seem to be treading water. I look at the Packers as a good example. Ted Thompson was a good GM, but he was stuck in his ways and things got stagnant. Instead of looking outside of the organization, GB promoted from within. Carrying a lot of the good traits that Thompson had, but also adding a few more and learning from his predecessors mistakes. Promoting Paton could offer similar gains.
vike daddy
Defensive end Eddie Yarbrough will be on the active roster for a playoff team this weekend, but it won’t be the team he was with during the regular season. Yarbrough spent the year on Buffalo’s practice squad after failing to make the team out of training camp this summer. He will be heading to New Orleans as a member of the Vikings, however. Field Yates of ESPN reports that the Vikings signed Yarbrough on Tuesday. Yarbrough had 63 tackles and a sack in 31 appearances for the Bills the last two seasons. https://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2019/12/31/vikings-sign-eddie-yarbrough-off-bills-practice-squad/

The AFC South has some very good teams though. Seems like we go to Seattle every year now.

Think that works out well for us. I’m still in favor that the NFL mandates outdoor fields implement improved playing surfaces ie artificial turf of some sort.
