Updated available FAs GB should consider:

CB: Breeland, DRC, Breaux, Webster, House, Maxwell

S: Vaccaro, Boston, Parker, Reid

OLB: Dumervil, Hali, Barwin, Brooks, Ayers, Galette

WR: Maclin, Decker, Inman

TE: Thomas, Lewis, Gates

As it stands, WR is the weakest group left, without knowing what other cuts are coming by June 1.

Did we meet with Bro yet?

WR/CB/EDGE needs some serious influx of talent this draft

It's pretty clear that we're going to need to get multiple difference makers from this draft.  It's almost like Gute thinks that he needs Aaron Rodgers and only Aaron Rodgers to be competitive.  Teams like Minnesota and the LAR have ran by us laughing this offseason.

Its pretty clear that Gute's vision of building a team is absolutely no different than Thompson's.  We're going to have to hit in this draft like we've never hit before.

DRC, Breeland, Lane, and Webster (health) are the CBs left that can play in the slot.

Isn't it likely that those guys will sign before the draft ?

Or are they waiting to see who gets drafted and who still has an opening ?  ( Excepting Breelands healing time)

Probably not.

Breeland = Foot

Webster = Achilles

Lane = Legal (Cleared up recently, but teams may want to wait to distance themselves from that news)

DRC = Reportedly wants more money than what has been offered

DRC and Lane will probably sign before the draft or shortly after.

Eric Reid can play multiple positions in the secondary and brings some toughness to the defense, 1 of the available corners, Jahri Evans, and Julius Thomas would certainly improve the team going into the draft.  I have not seen that Reid has visited any team to date.  Not sure about Maclin, has it been the team he has been on that his stats have decreased the last 2 years.

Maybe we should see them play before we start crowning teams.

I'll laugh so hard if the Rams flop and they probably will because the NFL is random

Julius Thomas is garbage.

It's a remake of the Dream Team Eagles when they fell flat on their face.

The Vikings won another off season?!?!? That's like 15 years in a row they've done that. SUMMER KINGS.

That's ridiculous, no GM would think like this. Jimmy Graham, Mo Wilk, and Tramon are good pickups for an off-season, that's 3 starters. Not a sexy Rams off-season, but it's not horrible either. It's not impossible to fill the remaining needs with 12 picks as well. We have higher picks in every round which means we will have a better chance to get better players.

And The Vikings overpaid for a QB who never won a Playoff game, whoopty freaking doo.
